Jumbo Supermarkets partners with Cartesius in Utrecht: building a healthy lifestyle and strong community together.

Jumbo Supermarkets is developing a new supermarket of approximately 2,000 m² in the landmark CAB building at Cartesius, Utrecht’s new sustainable and healthy urban district. Both parties share the belief that a healthy living environment, sustainable choices and strong social connections contribute to a better quality of life. Jumbo aims to make healthy and sustainable groceries a natural, convenient and affordable choice for everyone and sees Cartesius as a natural partner to further bring this ambition to life.

Healthy nutrition, social interaction and community connection form the foundation of this partnership. Through neighbourhood activities, shared meals and improving access to healthy food, Jumbo and Cartesius are working together to foster a strong and healthy community.
