A major milestone for MIX Amsterdam 281 rent apartments delivered to Union Investment

Today, Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling officially transferred the four residential towers comprising 281 rental apartments at MIX Amsterdam to owner Union Investment. Eind juli the first residents will receive the keys to their new homes. This marks a special moment for all parties involved whose efforts have contributed to the realization of this green and sustainable new urban district.

Over the coming months, the final project handovers will take place. On 21 August, the commercial spaces will be delivered to Union Investment. This will be followed on 28 August by the completion of Willow, a residential building with 85 homes, consisting of 45 owner-occupied apartments and 40 private-sector rental apartments.
