Highest point Ymere in MIX Amsterdam reached

The highest point of the Ymere building in MIX Amsterdam was festively celebrated by raising the flag in the future courtyard. The building will house 162 social rental homes, including 2, 3 and 4-room homes, suitable for various target groups: from starters to seniors. The homes will be completed in mid-2026.

MIX Amsterdam is the 3rd phase of the area development of MRP in Stadscentrum Osdorpplein with a total of 528 homes; 483 rental apartments of which 162 social housing and 45 owner-occupied apartments divided over 6 buildings, approx. 3,950 m² commercial space on the ground floor and the first floor, 382 parking spaces, 400 bicycle parking spaces and the art and culture centre “Het Verhalenhuis.

MIX Amsterdam was developed by MRP in collaboration with the Municipality of Amsterdam, designed by Architekten Cie., realised by Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling, project management during construction by Drees & Sommer Netherlands.
