AMST is nominated for the Amsterdam Architecture Prize 2024

AMST is nominated for the Amsterdam Architecture Prize 2024, organized by Arcam. AMST truly represents Amsterdam. It offers a unique opportunity in the heart of the city: 252 housing units, 80% of them intended for middle-income tenants. With this development, families with children, young professionals, and first-time homeowners can affordably live close to the city center. It is an honor to be included in such an impressive list of exceptional projects.

Balancing affordability, commercial viability, and high-end Architecture

“A strip of land opposite Amstel Station now provides space for AMST. Once a tram loop, this is now a complex with all kinds of housing: very spacious apartments and studios, tiny houses and a mega supermarket in the plinth" writes Jaap Huisman in Het Parool (Dutch article).
